Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit of the total service price is required before every appointment to reserve your time slot. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost and is not an additional fee. Your appointment is not confirmed until the 50% deposit has been received. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the 50% deposit being forfeited. No-shows and same-day cancellations will not receive a deposit refund. A new 50% deposit will be required to book another appointment. Because we provide at-home services, last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering your appointment time to another client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Clients who need help with an existing appointment can contact the studio directly before the scheduled start time.
